The above ground utillty or communication facllity shall be removed from t5e site should the <br /> use for such purposes be dlsconlinued for 120 days of more. <br /> Findines: This requirement will be a condition of approval. <br /> Conclusion: Verizon Wireless must remove the facility if use of the site is discontinued for 120 days <br /> or more. <br /> 9. Maintenance, repalr, or replacement of exisling utility or communlcations facil(ties or <br /> appurtenant structures and lha installation of minor above ground utility and rntnmunlcatfoas <br /> facllities are exempt from thls section. Thls eaeemptton indudes replecement or increased heights <br /> of nut more Ihan 20 feet to accommodate wireless telecommunfcations antennas. <br /> Findines: This section is not applicable. <br /> Conclusion: This proposal is not exempt from this section. <br /> �(o <br />
