Piacement and screening o(refuse disposal areas must be provided per Section 39.080 of <br /> the Zoning Code as follows: <br /> a. Garbage rAceptacles, dumpsters, and rec:yGe bins shall be provided in all multiple <br /> family, commercial, induslrial, and instilulional developments and shall not be localed in a <br /> required front yard setback area, or streel side selback area for comer lols. Where an alley <br /> abuts a lot, the garbage receptacies, dumpsler, or recycle bin shall be located adjacent to lhe <br /> alley. <br /> b. All garbage dumpsters and recycle bins must be screened trom view from the street <br /> and from adjacent properties. This screening may be done using dense vegetation or by <br /> placing tho dumpsler or recycle bin in a slructural enclosure. <br /> c. For specifics on design of refuse and recycling (acililies, contact Rubalino Retuse <br /> Removal, Inc. al 259-0044 for areas generally north of 112th Street. Any rockeries or retaining walls proposed in required setback areas must be in conformance <br /> wilh Section 39.150 0(the Zoning Code. <br /> 25 Roottop mechanical equipment, including venis, musl be screened per Section 39.040 of lhe <br /> Zoning Code. <br /> 26. Building selbacks must be a minimum of len (10) feet along lhe easl propeAy line. Building <br /> heighl shall be a maximum of fifly (50)feel, excepl thal a maximum of 28 feet is pertnitted <br /> within 50 feet of the easl proper:y line. <br /> 27. Landscaping must be provided per Seclion 35 of the Zoning Code. At a minimum this must <br /> include lhe following: <br /> a. A landscape slrip a minimum of 10 feet wide musl be provided in the front yard selback <br /> area along Ihe Casino Road (rontage, excepl tor the driveway. This area shall be planted <br /> with"fype III landscaping. <br /> b. A landscape sirip a minimum of ten (10)(eet wide must be provided along lhe easl <br /> property line abutting the R-2 zone. This area shall be planted with Type il landscapfng. <br /> c. A landscape slrip a minimum of ten (10)feet wide must be provided along the no�lh <br /> property line abutting SR-526.
