The landscaping plan musl <br /> show localion and dimensions of required vegetated swales, wetponds, detention ponds, <br /> �^ckeries and retaining walls, and grading at 2-foot intervals. Irtigation systems musl be <br /> provided in all landscaped areas per Section 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A 2-year <br /> maintenance assurance device must be provided for fne landscaping per Seclion 35.1308 of <br /> the Zoning Code. NOTE: The Site Plan dated July 21, 2005 shows buildings and parking <br /> stalls encroaching in ihe landscape selback areas whfch is prohibited by lhe Everett <br /> Municipal Code. Prior to the issuanr.e of any Building and Public Works permits, ihe Site <br /> Plan must be revised to confortn with Seclion 35.1000 of lhe EMC. <br /> 28. On-site recreation facililies musl be provided per Section 15.110 ot the Zoning Code. Prior to <br /> lhe issuance of Building Permits, the Planning Department musl approve a plan for on-site <br /> recreation facilities. As part of lhe building peRnit application, the Applicanl must submit a <br /> recreation pl�n including standards and specifications for recreation areas and equipment. If <br /> sufficienl info,�mation is not known al time of submittal for building permits, minimum <br /> specifications ar examples must be provided. Prior to the issuance of Building permits, the <br /> Planning deparlment musl approve a pian for on•site recreation tacilities. Tot lots must be <br /> located in central areas, where adequale supervisfon of children can be provided. <br /> Building far,ade modulation and roofline variation must be provided per Secl�on 15.050 of Ihe <br /> Zoning Code. The maximum permitted wali length without building fa�ade m:�dulation is 30 <br /> feet. <br /> Fire Deaartment Comments <br /> 1. Access - O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. <br /> 2. Fire lanes shall be provided as required in Everetl Municipal Code 46.44. Fire ianes shall be <br /> identified by red curbs with wnite stenciling stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE"and vertical <br /> signs stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE-TOW AVJAY ZONE." Localion shall be approved <br /> by the Fire Marslial. <br /> 3. Securitv Fence - Any security fen�;e erected around the construclion site shall be localed so <br /> as to nol obstruct any existing hycrant, fire p�.,tection equipment, or Fire Department access. <br /> I( Fire Department access is obstructed, gates or other openings shall be provided for <br /> access. <br /> 4. Premise Identiticalion - Premises shall be clearly identifie� by the correcl address at the <br /> street entry. Buildings shall be clearly�dentified so as to be visible and legible from the <br /> access road. Individual apartments an�i suites, where applicable, shall be clearly and legibly <br /> idenlified (rom Ihe access road. <br /> 5. PREMISE IDENTIFICATION AND ALL REQUIRED FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS ROADS <br /> AND FIRE HYDRANTS SHALL BC- IN SERVICE PRIOR TA COMMENCEMENT OF <br /> CONSTRUCTION. <br /> G.
