Casino Road ; <br /> dead animals. <br /> On April 27 , 1983 I reccived a call Erom Gloria Sutton of the <br /> Department of Social nncl Ilealth Services , Child Protective <br /> Services, fldvising me that Mr. Jack Williams of 7826 Last <br /> Casino Road was harhorin� dcad animals on his property. <br /> Cloria requested my presence at the property on April 28 , <br /> 1983 for an on-site inspection of the dead animals . <br /> On April 28 , 1983 at 8 : 00 a .m. I called Jerry Russell , <br /> Environmental liealth Technici;in for Snohomisli County. Fle <br /> said he had been called hy Gloria :utton. At that time I <br /> requested his presence nt the site of 7826 East Casino Road <br /> as I felt it necessary to obtain a determination trom the <br /> Health Cfficer pertaining to the situation as is required by <br /> the Uniform Housing Codc. <br /> I then called the Everett Animal Control Shelter and requested <br /> that the9r department provide personnel c+t the site by 9 : 00 a .m. <br /> On April 28, 1983 at 9 : f10 a.m. I met with Gloria Sutton of <br /> DSfiS, personnel from thc liverett Animal Control Shelter , and <br /> Jerry Russell of the Snohomish County Ilealth Department at <br /> 7826 liast Casiuo Roed, Tvcrett , H'ashington. Mr . and Mrs. Jack <br /> Willinms were there nt thc time. <br /> Mr. Williams objected to our presence on his property and w�s <br /> not going to allow an inspecticn. Mrs . Williams indicated that <br /> it was her property alsa and led us through the inspection. <br /> . _ J <br />
