Grantor also authorizes the City to cut, trim and <br /> remove any and all brush, trees, other vegetation and debria on Grantor's <br /> property vhich, in the City's reasonable �udgment, conatitates a hazard to the <br /> easement and the right of access for such purposes. <br /> 4, Tha Crantor agrees that title to all brush, treee, other vagetation or <br /> debris erimmed, cut and removed from the easement pursuant to thia Agraament, <br /> and also all brush, trees, other vegetation or debris trimmed, cut and ramovnd <br /> from Crantor's land pursuant to this Agreement ia vestad in the City, and thet <br /> the conaidaration paid for conveying said easamant and rights hereln described <br /> is acc ; ed as full compensatian for all damages lncidental to the exercise of <br /> any of said rights. <br /> 5. In the event Grantor placee eny improvements on the eesement or <br /> conatructs anything on the eaeement wit:�out first having obtained the written <br /> approval of the City Engineex, the Crantor shall cease all such activity and <br /> ramova any end all improvamenta placed ehezaon without the aritten agreemnnt <br /> of tha City Engineer. In the event Crantor fails to obtein prior approval, <br /> Crantor hareby euthorizes the City to remove any and all improvement■ placed ' <br /> or conetructed thereon and hold the City, its officera, employeee and agenes <br /> harmless from damage caused to said improvamants from ramoval thezeof. <br /> Grantor further agreea to pey thn City for any and all costs incurrad by tha <br /> City in ramoving tha improvementa.
