The <br /> treatment needs to be repeated, approximately annually, when <br /> the paint wears off. The developer/owner may either perform <br /> the stenciling, or qive permission for volunteer groups to <br /> enter onto the property and perform the etenciling. <br /> 45. The t4ashinqton State Clean Air Act requires the use of all <br /> known, available, and reasonable means of controlling air <br /> pollution, includinq dust. Dust genereted during <br /> construction activities can be controlled by wetting those <br /> duat sources such as areas of exposed soils, washing truck <br /> wheels before they leave the aite, and installing end <br /> maintaining qravel construction entrances.
