Provided that an acceptable combination of conduit end/or trenching is incorporated into the project to accommodate GZE�a entrance cable, there will be no costs to the developer for GTE's cable. If a rearrangement of existing cables on premises or on the riqht-oP-way ie necessary, appropriate charges will be estimated and GTE�s Guaranty of Payment Porm will be forrarded to you for your siqnature. Prior to commencement of GTE�s enqineering Por such rearrangement, a deposit will be required. To insure timely telephone service, GTE requests ninety (90) days lead time for engineering, procurement, and installation of cable and/or GTE's equipment.
