All propertiea on Casino Road are required to meet the <br /> ten (10) foot easement or deed. <br /> There was some dissention from the audience and their main concern <br /> was the proposed condominiLuns acoulddistract from other developments. <br /> After conaidering all the facts and testimony it was moved by Mr. <br /> Zook seconded by Mr. Wilson and unanimously carried to deny the <br /> applicant' s request as there is no clear indication of a hardahip <br /> other than economic. <br /> A hearing was held on the application of: <br /> Art Brandvold, 1012 Park Drive, Everett, Wash. 96203 for a variance <br /> from Ordinance No. 517-•78 of the Short Plat Ordinance Section 200 <br /> Easement Access, for permission to utilize a ten (10) foot easement <br /> on the North ten (10) feet of Lot 4, Dlock 5 North Heverly Park <br /> Div 62 and this easement to become part of the minimum twenty (20) <br /> foot requirement for access to the rear parcel of Lot 2. <br /> Legal Description: The North 55 feet of the Easterly 110 <br /> feet of Lot 3 Block 5, North Beverly <br /> Park Div.
