On-site detention or payment of a drainage fee is <br /> reauired for discharge to the Narbeck Creek drainage basin. <br /> However, the Applicant will need to perform a downstream analysis <br /> to eszsure adequate capacity for this proposal. Any stormwater <br /> discC,arqe to the Golf Course Stream system to the south will <br /> require on-site detention. Payment of a drainage fee will not be <br /> allowed for this drainage basin. <br /> All stormwnter muat run through grass lined swales prior to <br /> discharge from the site.
