One of the most important aspects relating to planned growth is the sufficiency of streets and road- ways to &$sure adequate ACCe66 and agrees to property, proper location of utilities and the free movement of vehicular traffic. It has come to our attention that the platted street right-of-way abutting the wen side of the Temple Baptist Church property is only 36 feet in width, all dedicated to the public by the property owners west of your site. The street right-of-way abutting Evergreen Glen, north of your property, is 60 feet in width dedicated by property owners on both sides of the centerline of the roadway. The minimum width, considered by the City Engineers to be adequate, is 6c feet in width and preferably, in many cases, 80 to 100 feet. Although no construction is contemplated it is imperative that street right-of-way be acquired before an area is or can be properly developed. L. the Board of Directors of your church will consider deeding to the City of Everett a 30 foot strip of land for public street and utility purposes, it would no doubt be an eventual benefit to the community and to your own future devel(•pment.
