That t),ere have been exceptional or extraordinary circumstsness or <br />conditions applying to the subject property or as to the intended use <br />thereof that do not apply generally to other properties in the same <br />vicinity or zone. <br />Finding: Group Health at 14 East Casino Road, across the street from <br />the church, is eleven spaces short of meeting code requirements for <br />parking and there have been oomplairits about leak of parking at that <br />site. Group Health first moved to their ourrent site an a tenant <br />occupying a part of the building. As ties went on, they eosupied an <br />increasing portion of the building and subsequently purohamed the <br />building. <br />
