1. Partition doors to accessible stalls are to swing out and be self -closing with the required <br />door pull hardware -Section 604.8.3. <br />2. The front stall partition and at least one side partition should have 9-inch minimum <br />clearance above the floor, excluding partition support members, unless the compartment <br />exceeds the depth requirements of Section 604.8.5. <br />3. Water closet height should be 17 inches minimum and 19 inches nwxinrum above the <br />floor, treasured to the top of the scat -Section 604.4. <br />4. Grab bars: horizontal sidcwall bar minimum 42 inches long, 12 inches maximum from <br />rear wall, extending 54 inches minimum from rear wall -Section 604.5.1. <br />5. Grab bars: vertical sidewall bar minimum 18 inches long, mounted with bottom of bar <br />located between 39 and 41 inches above the floor, and center line of the bar located <br />between 39 and 41 inches from rear wall. <br />6. Grab bars: Rear wall grab bar minimum 36" long, extending 12" minimum from the <br />centerline of the water closet to the side closest to the wall, and 24 inches minimum on the <br />transfer side- Section 604.5.2. <br />7. Hand operated flush controls for water closets should be 36" maximum above the llour, on <br />the open side of the water closet -Section 604.10.6. <br />8. Toilet paper dispensers: 7 inches minimum and 9 inches maximum in front of the water <br />closet, measured to the centerline of the dispenser -Section 604.10.7. <br />9. Toilet paper dispensers: outlet minimum 14 inches maximum 19 inches above floor, with <br />minimum 1.5 inch clearance below horizontal grab bar, with uncontrolled continuous <br />paper now. <br />10. The entrance to both toilet rooms from tlue Narthex requires a five-foot turning radius as <br />drawn -Section 304.3.1. <br />11. The entrance into the Women's toilet room requires minimum 30-inch width in tlue path of <br />travel (restricted by the surface mounted paper towel dispensers) -Section 305.3. <br />Upon resubmission of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will begin. <br />All required submittals should be of sufficient detail and contain sufficient information to ensure that <br />the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes.
