3. Toilet room finishes should be indicated: to include type and thickness of drywall, finished ceiling <br />height, smooth hard finish on floors extending G inches up onto walls, per IBC 1210.1 and higher where <br />required by IBC 1210.2. <br />4. Emergency lighting should be located per IBC 1006.1. <br />5. The insulation at all exterior walls, ceilings and roofs should be indicated to meet the requirements of the <br />WSEC Table 13-1 lin commercial eonstivction. The type of heat should be indicated on the drawings, <br />since this will impact the prescriptive requirements. <br />Upon submission of the revised drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will begin. All <br />required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed struc are will be <br />constructed in compliance with all adopted codes.
