A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br /> showing parking layout, landscaping, dri�eways, storm drainage, and <br /> all required improvements to the public right-oi-way. All improvements shal: � � completed before the Occupancy <br /> Permit 3s issued. <br /> 2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br /> � 3. Compliance with the provisions of Casino Road G dinance 556-78 is requfred. <br /> 5. On site detention with proviston for oil and sediment removal is required. <br /> A detailed drainage plan Is requlred. Urainage calculations are to be <br /> submitted w(th Uie attached cover sheet. <br /> 6. Publlc Works Department approval of a temporary erosion wntrol plan <br /> is required prior to commencing slte preparation. <br /> 7. Participation in the program to tund the south end sanitary sewer interceptor <br /> is requlred. � <br /> E. Additional information is required to determine the adequacy oi water i <br /> pressure in the area for firc protectlon. A looped system planned and <br /> constructed ln conjunction with the proposed Mdrea Terrace condominiums <br /> would be deslrable. <br /> 9. The propoxd location for east-west roadway connection to Hardeson <br /> Road fs accepWble. , <br /> 10.
