RECOMMENDATIONS It is the recommendatlon of the Public Works Dept. that issuance of a Negative Declaration be subject to the followings ✓ 1. Access, circulat3on and parking plans are to be submitted to the Public Works Department for rev(ew and approval. Plans are to include all abutting public right-oi-way and show all required improvements. The Traffic Engineer shall review both on-slte and off-site traffic requirements and establish new tratfic rnrridors as required. There shall be only two accesses onto Casino Road, rather than the proposed six accesses. ' 2. Clty streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. 3. During construction all truck traffic to and from the s[te shall be on arterial strcets unless otherwise approved by the Public Works Department. � 4. Ten additlonal feet of right-of-way on Casino Road shall be deeded to the City of Everett to provide forty feet from the centerline. � S. rompllance with Casino Road Ordlnance SS6-78 is required. �- 6. ParUclpatlon in the cost of L.S. //28 and South End [nterceptor improvements ls required. Water, sewer and drainage requirements and information for the proposed short plat are attached. Approval of drainage plan is required prior to commencing site preparation. Drainage calculations are to be submitted with the attached cover sheet.
