Access, circulat3on and parking plans are to be submitted to the Public Works <br /> Department for rev(ew and approval. Plans are to include all abutting public <br /> right-oi-way and show all required improvements. The Traffic Engineer shall <br /> review both on-slte and off-site traffic requirements and establish new tratfic <br /> rnrridors as required. There shall be only two accesses onto Casino Road, <br /> rather than the proposed six accesses. <br /> ' 2. Clty streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br /> 3. During construction all truck traffic to and from the s[te shall be on arterial <br /> strcets unless otherwise approved by the Public Works Department. <br /> � 4. Ten additlonal feet of right-of-way on Casino Road shall be deeded to the <br /> City of Everett to provide forty feet from the centerline. <br /> � S. rompllance with Casino Road Ordlnance SS6-78 is required. <br /> �- 6. ParUclpatlon in the cost of L.S. //28 and South End [nterceptor improvements <br /> ls required. Water, sewer and drainage requirements and information for the <br /> proposed short plat are attached. Approval of drainage plan is required prior <br /> to commencing site preparation. Drainage calculations are to be submitted <br /> with the attached cover sheet. <br /> Amend Checkl(st as followss <br /> II-13-b,c,d, and f change to yes <br /> Informatfon for the Developers <br /> �-l. A tire hydrent is required withln 200 feet of all bufidings . ' <br /> 2. The applicant may be required to particlpate in the cost of the new 23 milllon <br /> gallon reservoir. <br />
