The Special Property Use Permit wae granted subject to three <br /> rnnditions. <br /> On July 5, 1989, the Planning Department of the City of Everett submitted a <br /> req�est for modification of pact of the �rr3itions of approval. In <br /> partiw lar, the request was for a modification of condition #2 whidi required <br /> : that all mitigation meaeures required in the Detecmination of Non-Significanoe <br /> (DNS) tk114-Ef9 be met by the Applicant. Specifically, the Planning Department <br /> requested the modification of �rrlition #6 of the mitigated DNS which referred <br /> to storm drainage of the oite. <br /> The City also requested that crondition #3 of the Special Property Use Permit <br /> be amended. It cead: <br /> Development of the site muet be in substantial � <br /> canpliance with the site plan dated August 12, 1988, and <br /> revised October 26, 1988. Minor changes in the site <br /> plan must be approved by the Planning Department. <br /> I <br /> 'ifie City desires that the amendment reflect d�angea and the revised site plat� i <br /> subnitted subsequent to the Decembec 15, 1988, decision. � <br /> I. Cordition t6, Mitigated DNS (Stocm Dnir�a9e) <br /> The Public l,brks Degactment of the City of Everett t�as reviewed the drainage <br /> needa of the drainage ba�in on-site. Based on this review, the Department <br /> determined that a regional detention system is more appropriate than an <br /> on-site detention system. To implement this need, the City has identified a <br /> location for the regional detention system and is pursuing purchase of the <br /> site.
