At the Ume our study was performed, the site, proposed building location and our exploration �; locadons were approbmately as shown on the Test Pit Locadon Plan, Plate 2. rThe purpose of this study was to explore the enicting subsurface conditions at the site and to develop geotechnical rernmmendations for the proposed site development based on our findings, � The office and warehouse swcture will enclose about 65,000 square feet. The structure is to be about twenty-�ive 25 feet high with an office meuanine. Mcthod of construction is to � be rnncrete tilt-up with a slab-on-grade. Finish floor elevation is to be about EL 668 to EL 669. A truck 6eight loading dock will be located along the westem side of the building. Parking is to be located west of the structure. Up to seven feet of fill may be needed to � bring the site to grade. According to the Architect, maximum total dead plus live loads are expected to Ue as folluws: � • Wall loads - 3.5 kips per lineal toot • Column loads - 40 to SO kips ' � , • Slab loads - 500 pounds per square foot (ps� If any of t6e above design criteria change, we should be consulted to review the recommendntions contained in this report.
