The Boeing <br /> access road is ]ocated to the north and Casino Road to the south, approximately as indicated I <br /> � on the Viciniry Map, Plate 1. i <br /> The parking lot elevation on the property to the east is about two feet higher than the I I <br /> existing ground sudace of the site, blocking the natural site drainage in that direction. The I i <br /> � grade change causes standing water along the east properry line. <br /> � The ro e i <br /> P p rty is located on top of an undulating glacial till ridge. The site is reladvely tlat, <br /> sloping gently down to the east. The mid-ponion of the property contains a low area that i <br /> has accumulated water on the surface due to the blocked drainage.
