Existing Conditione. r Currently the site has three separate wetlan areas. They are located in the northwest, in the south center, and in the southeast portions of the site. The south center and the southeast wetlands are connected throuqh a culvert under .. Casino Road to the City of F.verett storm and drainage system. After heavy rains or extended rains, there is the probability that the northwestern wetland overflows into the two southern most wetlands on the site. i ; � The site slopes from the northwest to the southeast. There are two upland areas on the sitei one located in the '�1 northeast corner of the site , while the second is loc3ted along the west property boundary. The :.ite's contours follow ��' the configuration of the wetlands ending with the lowest '�' � depression being in the southeastern most wetland abuttiny + Casino Road.
