The material will be spread to a <br /> depth of 6 inches . Regrading will bring the site to the <br /> grades identified on the grading plan. <br /> ..� <br /> Thr overflow structure will be constructed at the <br /> southern edge of the existiny southeastern wetland. Jt wi <br /> be conatructed between the existing wetland and the invert of <br /> '�1 the existing culvert that goes under Casino Road. It has been <br /> ' ' designed to maintain the water level in the retention pond at <br /> � elevation 559.5 to 561 .5. This will create a star,ding water <br /> .. <br /> f�' area varying in depth from 1.0 foot at the lowest po:nt in the <br /> ` ' wetland to 0 . 5 foot throughout rhe remainder of the pond <br /> � bottom. <br /> � � 7. Vegetation. <br /> ' ' ~ The vegetrr.ion will be a mix consieting of a forested <br /> ��1 shrub/scrub border surroundiny the entire site with a mixed <br /> ' forested shrub/scrub and emergent marsh/buttercup components <br /> in the center core of the wetlands. The existing wetlands to <br /> � ' � be retained consist of salmonberry, black cottonwood and red <br /> �' alder with mixed patches of slough sed9e, lady fern, and <br /> � buttercup. <br /> i The outer 25 feet will be replanted with native red <br /> �� alder, black cottonwood , and ehrub epecies including red- <br /> osier dogwood and other available plants as located during the <br /> qrading and excavation of the site in preparation for the <br /> building pads. The lower edge closest to the center core of <br /> „ the wetland will include some plantings of salmonberry which <br /> will be taken from the existing eite. <br /> 5 <br />
