The wetland mitigation site/detention area will be constructed prior to grading of the site. The area will be temporarily modified to act as the temporary eroslon control devise. ~ 2 . All trees and shruba that are proposed to be salvaged will be ear-marked, removed , and replanted into the mitigation wetland. This work will be supervised by the landscape construction foreman and a wetland bioloqist. P+ 3. The base material in the northwest wetland will be excavated and spread in thoae areas of elevation 561 or less � 1 with the exception of the existing wetlands which will be ' ' retained undisturbed.
