4 <br /> � a 3 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT AND <br /> PERTEET,INCORPORATED <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett requests an extension of time to complete the South Effluent <br /> Pump Station and Crosstown Pipeline Project; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Everett and Perteet, Incorporated agree to amend and modify <br /> their professional services agreement dated April 8, 2003 (the "Agreement") to provide services <br /> in connection with the South Effluent Pump Station and Crosstown Pipeline Project for the <br /> City, as follows: <br /> 1. The completion date of this Agreement shall be extended to December 3, 2004. <br /> 2.
