This revised site <br /> plan must reflxt the condirion: set forth in this SEPA Decision Document <br /> which affect the lacadon of buildings, roadways, parlring and yard areas, <br /> landscaped areas. preserved open space, wedands and streams, as well as <br /> their required buffers. This apptoved site plan will serve, together with all <br /> otha condidons of thit Dacument,az the Boeing-Everett Master Development <br /> Plan. <br /> b. A revised siu plan must be approved prior to issuance of the first Occupancy <br /> Prnnit coverod undu the Dacument or issuance of ar�y building perntits for <br /> buildinga other chan Buitdings 4Q34, 40.56, 40-87, 40-88, or 40-92, <br /> whichever occurs first. <br /> This revised site plan/Approveci Dfaster Development Plan may be revised in <br /> accordance with the applicable provisions of this Document. <br /> 10 <br />
