The spacific SEPA policies which serve as the baus for <br /> imposing mitigadon requiremenu aze identified at the oucset of each mingadon requiremmt set <br /> torth in this Decision. <br /> Secuon 37 of the Zaning Code provides a iramework for imposi[ion ot condinons to protect the <br /> physical environment. The TDM general requirements set forth below provide thc framework <br /> for the spacific area condidons imposed to assure a reducdon in transportation impacts. <br /> A. GENERAL (SITE�WIDE) DtITIGATION <br /> 1. $j�p <br /> a. A rsvised site plan must be submitted by Boeing to the City for approval by <br /> the Department of Planning and Communiry Development. This revised site <br /> plan must reflxt the condirion: set forth in this SEPA Decision Document <br /> which affect the lacadon of buildings, roadways, parlring and yard areas, <br /> landscaped areas. preserved open space, wedands and streams, as well as <br /> their required buffers. This apptoved site plan will serve, together with all <br /> otha condidons of thit Dacument,az the Boeing-Everett Master Development <br /> Plan. <br /> b. A revised siu plan must be approved prior to issuance of the first Occupancy <br /> Prnnit coverod undu the Dacument or issuance of ar�y building perntits for <br /> buildinga other chan Buitdings 4Q34, 40.56, 40-87, 40-88, or 40-92, <br /> whichever occurs first. <br /> This revised site plan/Approveci Dfaster Development Plan may be revised in <br /> accordance with the applicable provisions of this Document. <br /> 10 <br />
