(Wetland <br /> relocation must be approve� through Review Process IIB.) <br /> ii. A buffu must be pmvided araund wedand B in accordance with <br /> Subsection 37.100.A of the City Zoning Code. The buffer around <br /> wedand B must be an average of eighty-five (85) feet wide and a <br /> minimum of fifty (50) feet wide and consist of native vegetadon. An <br /> addidonal ten (10) foot construcuon setback must be maintained <br /> beyond the required buffer. No vegetation may be mmoved, no <br /> grading may occur, and no cons[ruction activity can take place within <br /> the buffer and conswction setbac{c, except that the grassy swales for <br /> biofiltrauon may be included within the canstrucuon se[back, and <br /> facilities co dischazge previously treated and detained stormwater to the <br /> wedand may be installed across the required buffer subjxt to City <br /> approval. The design of such facilides shall minimiu the extent of <br /> inuusion into the buffer areas. In Geu of installing a storm drain <br /> across the buffer to the wedand, subjxt ro City approval, runoff may <br /> be dispersed in shat flow fashion at the outu edge of the wedand <br /> buffu. <br /> (2) Landscaping: ([..od .oa shore�im Uca: ne.�6uia: F.anh) <br /> i. A detailed landscape plan. consistent with all provisions of the btaster <br /> Iandscape Plan, must be reviewed and approved by the Ci�y prior to <br /> the iuuana of construcaon permits. The detailed landscape plan must <br /> be consistent with the general landscape provision set forth in this <br /> Decision Dacument. At a minimum, the detailed plans must include <br /> IandscaQing of all public stroet frontaga and along all external <br /> prope�ty lines adjacent to any pcoposed faciliry construcaon area (new <br /> building, road or paridng area). <br /> (3) Surface Waler: cwuer: �nh: Plmu.nd�nim.i.l <br /> Provide downstream analysis of the ezisting Fluke detendon ponds if these <br /> ponds are proposed for sarisfying on-site detendon requiremmts in the <br /> northeast expansion. The downstream analysis must determine, to the <br /> saasfacaon of the City, whether the exisdng ponds can provide adequate <br /> deta►tion for the Proposed Action in accordence wid► curra►t City design <br /> cdteria and still accommadate Fluloe nmoff per the original design critaia. <br /> 19 <br />
