Tl�e program <br /> requires a shift in transporranon planning emphasis and prioriues by �he City and by <br /> other affected jurisdictions. <br /> The mitigation fund is 53.9 million for the impact area and will be distributed among <br /> eight general areas that include aboui 20 neighborhoods.
