ROEING FUEL DOCK- TRENCH DRAIN 1 LY 1994 <br /> 3. AMEND AND RESUBMIT signifies equipment or material represented by the <br /> submittal appears to wnform with the design concept and wmply with the <br /> intent of the Contract Documents but information is either insufticient in detail <br /> or contains discrepancies which prevent Engineer from completing his review. <br /> Contractor is to resubmit revised information responsive to Engineer'a <br /> annotations on the returned submittal or written in the letter of transmittal. <br /> Fabrication or procurement of items represented by the submittal and related <br /> work is not to proceed until the submittal is acceptable. <br /> 4. REIECTED (SUBMIT ANE1l� signifies equipment ar material represented <br /> by the submittal does not conform with the daign concept or comply with the <br /> imm�t of the Contract Documents and is disapproved for use in the work. <br /> Contractor is to submit compliance submittals raponsive to the Contract <br /> � Documents. <br /> 1.8 MISCELLANEOUS SUBMITTALS: <br /> A. Contracror's Construction Schedulr. <br /> L Prior to start of wnstruction submit a complete construction schedule, in <br /> GANTT chart format. Schedule will show all work by specifications and <br /> individual subcontractors. Schedule will also show phuing and critical path. <br /> 2. Distribution: <br /> a. Following response to initial submittal, print and distribute copics to <br /> Submittal Review, Owner, Subcontwctors, and other partia required <br /> to comply with schedule indicated. Post copies in Project meeting <br /> room and field oftice. <br /> b. When revisions are made, distribute to same parties and post in same <br /> locations. <br /> 3. Schedule Updating: <br /> a. Revise schedule after each meeting or activity, where revisions have <br /> bcen rccognized or made. Issue updated schedule concurrendy with <br /> report of each meeting. ; <br /> B. Daily Construction Reports: <br /> 1. Prepared daily construction report, recording following infomiation <br /> concerning events at Site; submit duplicate wpies at weekly intervals: <br /> a. List of Subcontractors at site. <br /> b. Approxitnate count of personnel at site. <br /> a High end low temperatures, general weather conditions. <br /> d.
