Owner's Authorized Representative will prepare a puncli list of items to be <br /> complet:A or cortected, as detertnined by the inspection. <br /> 2. Owner's Authariud Representative will prepare and issue a Certificate o( <br /> Substantial Completion, wntaining: <br /> a. Date of Substantial Completion. <br /> b. Punch list of items to be completed or correc�ed. <br /> � c. The time within which Contractor shall complae or correct work of <br /> , listed items. <br /> d. Periodic Cleaning: Exerute cleaning periodically during progress of work, removing <br /> trash and waste material daily. <br /> B. Final Cleaning: <br /> (. Final cleaning o[the work, shall consist of cleaning each surface or unit of <br /> work to normal "clean" wndition er.pected for a first-clacs cleaning and <br /> maintenance program. Remove labels which are not required as pernunent labels. <br /> b. Remove debris and sudace dust from IiRited-�ccas spaces including <br /> trenches, equipment vaulta, manholes, and similar apaces. <br /> a Clean project site of rubbish, litter, and foreign substances. Sweep <br /> paved areas to a broom-clean condition; remove itains, apills, and <br /> other foreign deposits. Rake grounds which arc neither planted nor <br /> paved, to a smooth, even-textured sudace. <br /> 2. Remove temporary structures, tools, equipment, suppliu, and surplus <br /> materials. <br /> 3.
