Submit plan 2l <br /> days prior to starting the wotk. Plans ahall show paving dimensions, finish grade <br /> elevations . Plans shatl alao state type of equipment t� be used, procedures and <br /> schedule fot sesiing jointa, procedurcs for installing dowel bars, and procedures for <br /> sealing joints, and ahrll include all other pertinent infortnation. <br /> F. Submit Shop Drawings for: <br /> a. Rein[orcing Stcel <br /> b. Fortnwork and Trench grate frame inst�llation (submit together) <br /> G. Owner's Testing Agency (OTA) ahall gather and submit data verifying as built <br /> dimensional tolerance for each trcnch grate instalied. Grate data shall be numbered <br /> sequentially form east to west, and gap measurments for each grate provided. <br /> PART 2 - PRODUCfS <br /> 2.1 FORMS: <br /> A. Steel, wood, or other suitable material of size and strength to resist movement during <br /> concrete placement and to retain horizontal and vertical alignment until removal.
