EVALUATION OF SOUTHWEST BASIN AREA <br />4 <br />PEAK DISCHARGE <br />(CFS) <br />2.41 <br />The southwest basin area, shown on Drawing Number SK- <br />C1.0, is the largest of the two basin areas. The land <br />cover within this basin is currently comprised of <br />approximately 9.96 acres (48 percent, pervious surfacing <br />with the remaining 11.05 acres (52 percent) being <br />impervious surfacing. This basin currently discharges <br />into a defined channel which conveys runoff through a <br />small wetland area designated as the "X" wetland area. <br />This discharge point will serve as the point of analysis <br />for the southwest basin area. The pre -development peak <br />flow hydrograph was generated at this point by the <br />"Runoff" block for the referenced storm event. The <br />results are listed in Table 3. <br />VA <br />
