The basic approach to analysis and design <br />for the developed site conditions was to layout a <br />conveyance and detention system which would regulate the <br />off -site peak runoff flow rates to match those occurring <br />during the pre -developed conditions. In order to begin <br />analysis of the developed conditions, several design <br />scenarios were evaluated for performance and feasibility <br />of construction. <br />10 <br />k <br />
