FINAL MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICA �7. <br /> SEPA NO3•007 <br /> Casino Road Apartments <br /> May 12, 2003 <br /> Description of Proposal: The applicant is proposing to construct a multiple-family <br /> development with 90 rental units, a clubhouse, swimming pooi, tot lot, spoRs court, open <br /> space, landscaping and 180 surface par�.ing stalls. Also, Wetland Resources, Inc., tias <br /> quantified the amount of habitat that was lost due to clearing and lhe fu:ure elimination of a <br /> man-made, non-regulated ditch on the subject property. As mitigation for the lost h�bitat, a <br /> habitat mitigation plan consistent with the City's ESA Ordinance must be submitted to tha City <br /> of Everett Planning Department for review and approval. <br /> NOTE: The appli�ant has submilted a Revised Site Plan, dated May 2, 2003, N�hich has <br /> been revfewed and approved by the Everett Planning Department. The Revisod Site <br /> Plan Includes 92 multiple family units, 184 parking stalla, 18,400 square feet of open <br /> space and a total of 29,587 square feet of habitat mitigation.
