The proposal must comply with all <br /> ordinances (n effect at the time a complete building permit applicatlon fs ffled, <br /> includfng those not specifically set forth herein. (Exception: For vesting under the <br /> Zoning Code, please refer to Section 44 of the Zoning Code). Contact the Planning <br /> Department for information regarding appeals processes for the requirements Ilsted in this <br /> document. <br /> 1. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with <br /> city Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works <br /> Department, showing site parking layout, landscaping, utiiities, storm drafnage, <br /> temporary construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the publfc <br /> right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these dra�vings is requfred prior to <br /> any permits boing issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved and <br /> warranted before the )ccupancy Permit is issued. <br /> 2.
