14. The construction plans must be designed from a site survey performed by a licensed <br /> State of Washington land surveyor. <br /> 15. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of tho completion of construction. <br /> If reseeding is not practical due to weather or season problems, the ground must be <br /> covered with mulch as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> 16. Temporary erosion controi measures for construction activity must be operational prior <br /> to commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br /> 17. A tra�c mitigation fee of$47,700 is required prior to final approval. NOTE: The traffic <br /> mitigation fee must be recalculated to IncludQ two (2) additional multiple family <br /> units. <br /> 18. All site access driveways may be restricted in the future to right turns only for <br /> operational safety consideration. <br /> 19. The proposed driveway on West Casino Road must be shared with the property owner <br /> granting the access easement. <br /> �0. The proposed driveway on 5�' Avenue West must able shared with the property owner <br /> on the corner of West Casino Road and 5�' Avenue West. <br /> 21. A looped water main is required for this site. <br /> 22. Detention oi storm water runoff is required in accordance with City standards. <br /> 23. Treatment of storm water rui��ff from, paved arc�as must occur, per City standards, prior <br /> to discharge of the storm water to a stream or wetland. Storm water treatment is <br /> required �vhen 5,000 square feet of pavement is created by a proJect. <br /> 24. The options for storm water treatment for this project are: <br /> a) a wetpond <br /> b) a constructed wel!and <br /> 25. RII storm water facilities shall be designed in accordance with City standards. <br /> 26. The preliminary site plan shows a portion of the required storm water control facilities, <br /> wetpond vegetated treatment cell, to be located on an adjacent parcel of land. A <br /> permanent easement will be required for those facilities not located on the project <br /> property. In addition, the facilities should be considered as permanent, as thefr future <br /> modification will be restricted in order to prevent water quality impacts. <br /> 5 �� <br />
