a) Garbage receptacles, dumpsters, and recycle bins shall be provided in all multiple <br /> family, commercial, industrial, and institutional developments and shall not be <br /> located in a required from yard setback area, or street side setback area for comer <br /> lots. Where an alley abuts a lot, the garbage receptacles, dumpster, or recycle bin <br /> shall be located adjacent lo the ailey. <br /> b) All garbage dumpsters and recycle bins must be sr,reened from view from the <br /> street and from adJacent propertfos. This screening may be done using dense <br /> vegetation or by placing the dumpster or recycle bin in a structural enclosure. <br /> c) For specifics on design of refuse and recycling facflities, contact Rubatino Refuse <br /> Removal, Inc. at 425-259-0044 for areas generally north of 112"' Street. For areas <br /> east of I-5 from Valley View south, contact Waste Management Northwest, Inc., al <br /> 337-1197. <br /> 34. Any rockeries or retaining walis proposed in required setback areas must be in <br /> conformance with Section 39.150 of the Zoning Code. Casino Road is the front of the property and not 5�' Avenue. <br /> Landscaping must be provided per Section 35 of the Zoning Code. At a minimum this <br /> must include the following: <br /> a) A landscape strip a minimum of 20 feet wide must be provided in the front yard <br /> setback area along the Casino Road frontage, except for the driveway. This area <br /> shall be planted with Type III landscaping. <br /> b) A landscape strip a minimum of 10 feet wide must be provided along the east <br /> property line and 5 teet along the west property line. These areas shall be planted <br /> with Type ill landscaping. <br /> c) A landscape strip a minimum of 20 feet wide must be provided along the south <br /> property line. This area shall be planted with 7ype 111 landscaping. <br /> d) A minimum of 11,592 square feet of landscaping shall be provided in the interior of <br /> the parkin� lot for the 184 parking stalls. Landscape areas must be planted �nd <br /> located per Section 35.080E of ihe Zoning Code. <br /> � ��` <br />
