40. Fire lanes shall be provided as required in Everett Municipal Code 46.44. Fire lanes shall be identified by red curbs with white stenciling stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE" a�d vertical signs stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE -TOW AWAY ZONE." Location shall be approved by the Fire Marshal. 41. Premise Identification - Premises shall be clearly identified by the correct address at the street entry. Buildings shall be clearly identifled so as to be visible and legible from the access road. Individual apartments and suites, where applicable, shall be clearly and legibly identified from the access road. 42. Hvdrants - Two (2) available hydrants are required. They shall be located within 200 driving feet but no closer than 50 feet of every structure. Location of hydrants shall be approved by the Fire Marshat. 43. PR�:MISE IDENTIFICATION AND ALL REQUIRED FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS ROADS AND FIRE HYDRANTS SHALL BE IN SERVICE PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION. 44. Fire Flow - Fire flow requirements for this structure are 1,500 gpm. 45. Portable Fire Protection - A portable fire eMinguisher with a minimum U.L. rating of 2-A:10-B:C shall be provided within 75 feet of travel on all floors of each building during construction and prior to occupancy. 46. Fire Alarm Svstem - An approved automatic fire detection system shall be provided as required by City Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, of the Everett Municipal Code. Plans for such system shall be submitted to the Fire Marshal for review and approval prior to installation. Submittal shall include cut sheets of all equipment intended for use. Hppropriate trip tests, witnessed by a Fire Department inspector, shall be performed, along with a cerlificate of completion, prior to final acceptance of the system. Fire alarm systems shall be installed according to NFPA Standard 72. Fire alarm systems shall be installed under permit of the City of Everett Building Department. Fire Suaaression (Sprinklerl Svstem - An approved automatic suppressfon system shall be provided as required by City Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, of the Everett Municipal Code. The system must include a mechanical water gong bell. Plans for any such system shall be submitted to the Building Department for examination and approval.
