Aboveground sprinkler piping shall be hydrostatically tested as established in NFPA <br /> Standard 13. All such tests shall be <br /> witrn�ssed by a Fire Department inspector. All fire alarm control panels (FACP) and spnnkler valves shall be in heated rooms or <br /> closets with standard man door access. Locations shall be approved by the Fire <br /> Marshal's Office. <br /> 49. The Washington state Clean Air Act requires the uso of all known a ilable, and <br /> reasonable means of cc,ntrolling air pollutfon, including dust. Dust ge�.�rated during <br /> construction activities can be controlled by wefting those dust sources such as ereas of <br /> exposed soils, washing truck wheels before they leave the site, and ins+alling and <br /> maintaining gravel construction entrances. Constructfon vehicle track-out is also a <br /> major dust source. Any e:�idence of track-out can trigger violations and Tines from the <br /> Department of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency. <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> 1. Puget Sound Energy is the natural gas provider in this area. To initiate new service <br /> orders, please contact Marilyn Davis Westlund at (425) 356-7512 at least 90 days prior <br /> to the required in-service date. <br /> Any relocation of existing gas facilities for this development will be at the developer s <br /> sole expense, and requires 90 days minimum notice. Please ccntact Elaine Babby at <br /> (2C6) 224-2018 to coordinate relocation requests. <br /> 2. The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capacity to serve the proposed <br /> development. For further information about the electrical service requirements for this <br /> project, please call Kurt Martin of the DistricYs Customer Engineering Office, Everett at <br /> (425) 258-8291. <br /> 3. Verizon Northwest has facilities near this location. However, any building entrances <br /> must be coordinated at least (i� days in advance. The cost of any relocation of <br /> Verizon facilities that is required to construct the new apartments will be at the total <br /> expense of the developer. Any relocation will take 60 to 120 days.
