4. Veriznn Northwest Incorporated will provide service to the sfte. However, new <br /> telephone cable construction will be required in conjunction with the sfte development. <br /> Verizon's engineering will begin when they are notified of your construction schedules <br /> and telephone requirements. <br /> It will be the developer's responsibility to provide a suitable combination of conduk and <br /> trenching and/or riser conduft to accommodate Verizon's network communicetions <br /> cable within the complex. Provided thal en acceptable combination of conduk and/or <br /> trenching is incorporated into the project to accommodate Verizon's entrance cable, <br /> there will be no co�ts to the developer for Verizon's cable. <br /> If a rearrangement o;existing ceblas on premises or on the right-of-way is necessary, <br /> approprnate charges wfll be estimated and \�erizon's Guaranry oi Payment form wili be <br /> forwarded to you for yc signature. Prior to commencement of Verizon's engineering <br /> for such rearrangemern, e deposit will be required.
