No cylinders taken today, everything was a visual check. Had contractor clean footings in building 1 A out better than they were and stub some more vert- icle dowels at 4� because one that they had in wasn't long enoi�gh. On the floor slab, building 2B, I rejected one loa3 because of be- ing to wet so they sent it back and they added cement to dry it up. When it got bnck to the job, it was mixed good enough to pour. I asked Bill if he sti.11 wanted to pour it after they had retempered it and he said yec. The footings in building 1 A, were all taken down to hard ground and sane places they had hit hard pan. Some footings are 3' deep in places due to fact they had Co go down to hard ground. December 6, 1968: Poured footi•.gs itii building 19 C & 15 B. They liad the ditches really clean and only had to tell. them two times to clean where the sides of the bank caved in. In most places the footings are dug down about 24" in this area (Bldg 19 C & 15 B.) They didn't need to dig down this deep but I didn't say anything to them.
