vm <br />a 001 <br />Proposed development of the property west of an adjacent to the ARCO <br />AM/PM Mini -Market site is for additional commercial development. <br />Development to the north of the ARCO site is proposed for future multi- <br />family residential development. Both of these future uses are part of the <br />previously approved B-1 contract rezone of this site and are in com- <br />pliance wish the direction of this area as set forth in the Southwest <br />Everett Comprehensive Plan. Whether the ultimate development of the <br />vdjacent commercial parcel is multi -tenanted or a single tenant should <br />have little or no impact on a decision whether a pole sign would be <br />permitted or not. The fact that the ultimate development of the <br />commercial portion of the B-1 contract zoned area will be multi -tenant, <br />with at least two occupants, would meet the intent, if not the letter of <br />the Everett Zoning Code as it refers to the placement of a pole sign for <br />the identification of the occupants of this commercial development. <br />-4- <br />
