At the date of the tax segregation the property was zoned C-1 with development subject to R-4 Residential Standards. In November, 1960, the minimum lot size required for reaidential property in a C-1 zone was 5,000 aquare feet and the o minimum lot width was 50 feet. The building on-aite was orginally constructed at a i different site. The building was constr�cted in 1925 at � 2812 Virginia and was moved to the site in 1953. The property was originally part of a larger lot, In 1960 a tax segregation occurred and two lots were created. The largec lot was sold to a Mr. Pcentice and the smaller lot, which is the subject property and consists of 35 ' x 55 ' , was retained by a T. e F. Dyre.
