Such removal <br /> � H and restoration shall be completed immediately upon <br /> y y y termination of the permit. Applicant further agrees that <br /> H �� in the event it shall fail to remove property and restore <br /> y r� the location to the satisfaction of the City as is required <br /> "� y� by this permit, the unremoved property shall become the <br /> � H� property of the City and that the City shall be entitled to <br /> tnr+ remove the property and dispose of the property. Any <br /> � �� expense incurred by the City i� remov.ing the property, <br /> d disposing of the property, and restoring the location shall <br /> o H g be paid by the Applicant immediately upon rendition of t1:e <br /> � � costs thereof. This right is in addition to any other <br /> �� � right the City may have at law or in equity.
