Attn: Steve Miller— Associate Engineer, Plan Review Kirk Brooks - Associate Engineer, Public Works The following is a point by point response to the draft Plan Review letter by Steve Miller to David Patrick dated August 2,2004, and the comments and Site Plan mark-up per Kirk Brooks and Paul McKee during their on-site meeting with Bill Brockway on July 26,2004. (A) Regarding the on-site meeting on July 26"' and conducted by Kfrk Brooks, with Paul Mckee and Bill Brockway present. 1. The Site plan and data, both on Sheet A-1 of 5 have been revised as follows: a. Standard City of Everett Detail numbers have been referenced for the curb cuts, walks, and catch basin. b. A new 6" sanitary/storm sewer line has been added, with downspout leader and clean-out locations shown. c. Paving specification note has been added. d. The electrical line disposition (at the power pole) to the house and new warehouse has been clarified with a note on the drawing. In addition the Ovrner/developer intends to install "wall-pack" exterior lightinglyard lights at both the west and east faces of the new building. 2. A Landscape Pfan (sheet A-5 of 5) has been added per Planning/Public Works Departments requirements. Please note that a landscape irngation system is not proposed at this time. Refer to the note below and the Project Descriptian on Sheet A-5 of 5. �'Ii
