The over all long term site development will include a second phase building <br /> consisting of another 40' x 52' warehouse, similar but opposite, being added <br /> to the east of the warehouse currently proposed. <br /> The owner anticipates Phase II Development in the next one to two years. <br /> The owner asks thet the landscape inigation system requirement be waived, <br /> at least until the existing house is removed as a paR of Phase /l construction. <br /> Note that much of the landscaping proposed is in the Rights of Ways, <br /> especially at Hill Avenue. <br /> 4. Concrete Masonry specification has been included with the Structural Note's <br /> of Sheet A-1 of 5. All notes have been reviewed and revised per the 2003 <br /> IBC. <br /> 3. Refer to item # 2, above regarding Type 5B Construction. <br /> 4. References have been reviewed and revised per the 2003 IBC. <br /> 5. The typo (#2 vs #4 rebar) has been corrected. <br /> 6. The note's regarding vertical steel spacing heve been corrected per the <br /> Calculations. <br /> 7.
