The need of the neighborhood, district, or City for a proposed special propetty use. <br /> Finding: The proposed use is the construction of four single-famfly residences on four lots <br /> known as lots 7, 8, 9, and 10 Block 276, Plat of Everett Division "0". <br /> Conclusion: The surrounding area is developed with residentfal and some <br /> commerciallindustrial uses. <br /> 2. The adequacy of streets, utilities and public services requfred to serve a proposed <br /> use. <br /> Finding: The subject lots front on Chestnut Street. The alley right-of-way located to the <br /> rear o(the subject lots is partially improved. The City of Everett Pubiic Services <br /> Department has stated ihat if any of these lots are developed in whole or individually, the <br /> alley shall be fmproved to City standards.
