The need of the neighborhood, district, or City for a proposed special property use. <br /> Find(ng: The proposed use is the construction of four single-family residences on four lots <br /> k�ow� as lots 7, 8, 9, and 10 Block 276, Plal of Everett Division "0". <br /> Conclusion: The surroundf�g area is developed with residential and some <br /> commerciallindustrial uses. <br /> 2. The adequacy of streets, utilities and public services required to serve a proposed <br /> use. <br /> Finding: The subject lots front on Chestnut Street. The alley right-of-way located to the <br /> rear of the subject lots is partially improved. The City of Everett Public Services <br /> Department has stated that if any of these lots are developed in whole or individually, the <br /> alley shall be improved to City standards.
