Compatlbility of proposed structures and improvements with surcounding <br /> properties, including the size, height, location, eetback and arrangement of all <br /> propoaed buildings and facllities, especlally as they relate to Ilght and ahadow <br /> impacts on more sensitive land uses and less intensive zones. <br /> Finding: The proposal is to construct four single-family residences. The surcou�ding area <br /> is developed with residential, commercial, and industrial uses. Since the lots are less than <br /> 5,000 square feet in area, the single-family residence must comply with the Small Lot <br /> Development Standards as established in SecHon 7 of the City of Everett Zoning Code. <br /> Conclus(on: The proposed residential use of the property is compatfble with existing <br /> developments in the area. <br /> 6. The number, size and location of signs, especially as they relate to more sensltive <br /> land uses. <br /> Finding: No signage is proposed for the dwellings other than address identification. <br /> Conclusion: Signage (or the site is regulated under Section 36 of the Everett Zoning <br /> Code.
