During thie inapection 1t Wae <br /> nated that althaugh there appeare to have br.en some minimal efforte to aecure thie <br /> building, it still remains eaeily acceasible to [he public. The deteriorar.ed and fire <br /> damaged structural condition of the building, coupled with the accumulated trash and <br /> open pita combine to make it a dangecoue building ae deiined by the Uniform Code for the <br /> Abatement of Dangeroue Duildinge. While it is evldent that [he building ia being ueed <br /> for some limited amount of etorage, we severely question the continued uae and viability <br /> of thie atructure. <br /> Aleo, it hae been determined that the property continues to be in violation of Ordinance <br /> 1554-89, the Minimum Property Maintenance Ordinance, with the accumul.etion of junk, <br /> traeh, litter, diecarded building materials, and brueh preaent in end around the <br /> etructure. There ia no evidence of any action to correct thie aituation efnce <br /> notlfication of the violatSon by certified ms11 on May 26, 1989, and the accumulation of <br /> more junk and trash on [he property has been documented. <br /> It ia imperative that actione to correct [hie dangeroue aituatlon and abate thie <br /> nuisance muet begin immediately.
