The premises <br /> which are leased pursuant tu the Lease are located along <br /> Chestnut Streat, Everett, Washington as per. attached exhibit <br /> "A" and exhibit "B" . <br /> Addendum "A" reqiiires you to clean up the property to <br /> lessor's satisfaction.
