This lot's only frontage and <br /> access to a public right-of-way is on Chinook Drive. A look through our files shows that <br /> the question of whether a:driveway to Lot 6 from Chinook Drive should:be allowed'was <br /> addressed and decided in.April of 1996 (6 months prior to the construction of your <br /> home). At that time, the city's traffic engineer deteiiziined that a section of guardrail <br /> could be removed to accommodate a driveway when there were plans for-:construction,on <br /> on the site (see attached copies).
