Annual pass purchased at Legion <br /> Memorial will entitle the purchaser to play golf at Walter E. Hall with the same <br /> privileges. Annual pass purchased at Walter E. Hall will entitle the purchaser to <br /> play golf at Legion Memorial with the same privileges provided a crossover fee is <br /> paid. The Parks and Recreation Director will establish the crossover fee. <br />
